- Experience & Workshop
We offer the interactive workshop:
“Make Your Own Chocolate: From Bean to Bar”
• Duration: Approximately 2 hours
• Includes: all materials, expert guidance, and your own handmade chocolate bar
• Location: Chocopick facilities in Santo Domingo

- Bookings & Payments
• All bookings are processed online through PayPal.
• Your reservation is confirmed only after full payment is completed.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

- Cancellations & Refunds
• More than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable
• If Chocopick cancels: you may reschedule or receive a full refund

- Products & Shipping
• Products purchased online are available for:
• Pickup at our Chocopick store, or
• Shipping, coordinated directly with the client (delivery cost and timing will be provided)
• Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects, reported at the time of delivery.
